2100 Club is a taxable event, so all participants will need to complete the following steps to report the trip for tax purposes:

  • Upload your company's signed W9

  • The W9 should be completed for the individual attending the event and NOT the attendees' brokerage, legal entity, etc. ​

  • The name on the W9 form should be the attendees' name

  • The business name on the W9 should be blank

  • The individual/Sole Proprietor box for Federal Tax Classification should be checked 

  • The Social Security Number field should be completed and NOT the Employer Identification field

Please RSVP no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Before you RSVP, please book your flights and have your completed W9 available for upload. If you need a W9 form, you can find it here.
