Ready to enjoy wine country and what it has to offer? We have four activities for you to choose from while at 2100 Club in Sonoma. Whether you want to relax in the Spa or take a bike ride through wine country there is something for everyone!

Qualifying invited owners and one guest are entitled to sign-up for one activity each.
Sign-up no later than April 30th
All activities will take place on Wednesday, June 12th (one exception is the Spa option which will have limited appointments available on Tuesday, June 11th)
If owner and guest are signing up for the same activity there will be an option to add the info for the guest at the same time the owner is signing up (one exception is the Spa - the owner and guest will be required to sign-up for the Spa separately so they each may select their preferred treatment)
Alternatively if a guest would like to participate in a different activity than the owner the guest can sign-up for an activity separate from the owner

BIKE TOUR EXPERIENCE

On this half-day Bike Tour, you’ll enjoy the unique experience of bicycling through wine country. The tour will include a stop at one of California’s oldest vineyards where you will be able to taste the wine that they produce. You will learn about the history of the area, while stopping to take photos at historic landmarks. The tour will be led by a local, knowledgeable Tour Guide – someone who’s excited to share Sonoma with you and enhance your education of the vine-to-bottle process.

WINERY EXPERIENCE

B.R. COHN WINERY

During this Wine Tasting Experience at B.R. Cohn Winery you will sip, savor and confer with your fellow peers. An exclusive experience you only have access to as part of this special tasting and lunch event! You will have the opportunity to explore areas normally off limits to the public. Walk through the vineyards, feel the vines, and learn about B.R. Cohn's vast history. After your immersive walking tour, enjoy an Italian al fresco luncheon, paired with B.R. Cohn’s favorite wines!

GOLF EXPERIENCE

Sonoma Mission Golf Club

First Tee Time is 8am - Last Tee Time is 12pm - We will coordinate tee times based on how many are playing and confirm your tee time closer to the event
48 hr. cancellation policy – if your plans change and you are no longer planning to golf we need to know no later than the time of your tee time on Monday, June 10th

The pace of play is 4 hours and 15 minutes for 18 holes.
Attire -
Gentlemen: Proper golf attire is required when using the golf course and practice facility. Denim, workout wear, and T-shirts without collars are not permitted. Other golf-specific attire is allowed.  Shirts must be tucked in, and hats must always face forward.
Ladies: Proper golf attire is required when using the golf course and practice facility. Denim, workout wear, tank tops, and yoga pants are prohibited. Shirts without a collar must have sleeves, and shirts without sleeves must have a collar. All other golf-specific attire is allowed.
Hats must be removed when inside the Clubhouse.
Cell Phone Use: Please respect fellow golfers and only use cell phones in the parking lot or the clubhouse phone rooms.  Silent functions such as texting and email are permitted.
Golf Carts/Clubs: Golf club and cart rental is included. All golfers must have their own set of clubs. Rental clubs will be available.

SPA EXPERIENCE

Fairmont Spa

Fairmont Spa cultivates a journey of the senses with premium treatments, from facials to full body massage. In the midst of Wine Country’s grandeur stands a true treasure: the iconic Fairmont Spa. Discover geothermal pools, a traditional Roman-style bathhouse and treatments that pay homage to the holistic history of this renowned region.

Massages

Fleur de Vigne Body Bliss Massage (light/medium pressure) - 60 minutes: Under the soft scent of Fleur de Vigne (flower of the vine) this multi-sensory massage gives a true moment of relaxation, it soothes tension and restores dynamic energy.
Stress Recovery Massage (medium pressure) - 60 minutes: This medium-pressure full-body massage improves energy levels, promotes restful sleep and melts away muscle tension. Using a jade and infrared heating pad plus essential oils infused with a powerful dose of magnesium you will leave feeling completely rejuvenated.

Facials

Caudalie Grand Facial – 60 minutes: This entirely manual treatment is Caudalie’s signature treatment and works for all skin types. It relaxes your features, restores your radiant complexion through a long relaxing massage that accelerates cellular renewal and improves your skin's texture. Your complexion looks rested and radiant. Your aesthetician will perform a skin analysis and choose from firming; anti-wrinkle; radiance; moisturizing and purifying protocols.
Customized Corrective Facial - 60 minutes: This facial is based on a multi-acid exfoliation of the face, neck, décolleté, and hands. Vitamin C essences address and correct specific aging concerns, including hyperpigmentation, fine lines, uneven texture, and premature aging. The treatment involves a deep cleansing massage and a hydrating mask that will leave the skin vibrant.

Spa Guest Information:

Gratuity is automatically added and paid for by Century 21
Upon arrival to your service you will have the option for add-ons or enhancements - additional cost is the responsibility of the owner/guest receiving the service
A medical form will be sent via text to fill out one week prior to the appointment for each person receiving a service – a reminder will be sent one day prior to appointment
Recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment so you are not rushed and can get familiar with the facilities (if you are late to your appointment the end time will still be 60 minutes after the scheduled start time)
Each guest receiving a service will have access to the Spa facilities (changing areas, shower, Bathhouse, with Mineral Pools, Halotherapy Sauna with Himalayan Salt Wall, Aromatherapy Steam Room and Rain Tunnel, outdoor poos and fitness suite) from 9am to 6pm on the day of the service.
Spa Attire: You will receive a robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings. Should you wish to reap the benefits of the delightful facilities please bring a bathing suit as well as gym attire for the fitness suite.
A grab-n-go lunch will be available for those participating in a spa treatment
